The Role:
Assure Health is searching for a talented Software Engineer to jump in and be a leader on our small development team. The ideal candidate has had several years of experience with APIs and building robust integrations between systems in healthcare. They also would have extensive knowledge of using tools in AWS and deploying solutions in the cloud. We’re looking for an individual who understands AWS best practices and knows how to correctly configure reliable, scalable, and secure solutions. Ideally, you've been there, done that before.
Responsibilities:
- Design, code, test and deploy internal and customer-facing data integrations
- Take ideas all the way through design, development, testing, and production with minimal oversight
- Analyze, scope, and estimate tasks, identify and recommend technology tools
- Administer, monitor, and deploy system and services on AWS
- Ensure availability, performance, and scalability of solutions
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in an application developer or senior developer role, who has attained a degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field are preferred.
- Builder who can implement solutions across diverse tech stacks and with continuous delivery as an assumption
- Experience with Javascript, Python, Node.js, relational and non-relational databases
- AWS: API Gateway, Lambda, RDS, S3 experience, web services, CloudFormation
- Current AWS certificates would be a great plus
- Experience working in a health tech company, start up experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
- Experience working and integrating directly with Salesforce would be a plus
