CognaLearn was founded to help educators replace lectures with Team-Based Learning. Our award winning www.intedashboard.com online team-based learning platform provides professors with the real-time data to deliver the engaging collaborative learning experiences used to develop problem-solving skills essential forthe workforce. Since our founding at Duke-NUS Medical School, we have grown to serve over 600 institutions in 40 countries. We are looking for a Senior Associate – Customer Success who will be based remotely and report to our CEOat our global headquarters in Singapore.
What You Will Be Doing
- Supporting : responding to educator questions
- Creating : developing user guides
- Onboarding and checking in : help educators get up and running and succeed through the term
- Pilot and trial management : manage the pilot implementation process from objectives to results
- Account management : assist with account renewals, referrals, and expansions
- Sales and marketing : assist with customer events and presales outreach
- Learning : Become fluent in the InteDashboard technology platform and team-based learning
Skillsets and Qualifications
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills particularly with American and European accents
- Versatile learning and problem solving skills
- Positive outlook and aptitude for relationships with educators and a global team
- Hands-on, organized, and detailed executor with attention to detail
- Experience in customer success area supporting a B2B SaaS / EdTech product is preferred
- Experience with HubSpot, ZenDesk and exposure to healthcare education is a plus
