The Role:
Assure Health is looking for a Salesforce Developer to support its Engineering team.The Salesforce Developer will build moderate to complex products and features that directly impact the internal team and patient experience. You will be working with other engineers and developers on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Deep experience with inbound lead processing, deduplication, and lead routing
- Experience with enhanced leads with multiple demographic criteria
- Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices
- Support Salesforce by maintaining a clean database, lead generation routing, operations processes, and identifying additional tools that may help for this purpose.
- Translate functional requirements into technical requirements
- Work closely with the engineering team to respond, clarify or define specific application behavior, look/feel and function
- Manage the process of evaluating, communicating, testing, resolving issues and deploying Salesforce platform upgrades/releases as needed.
- Develop, modify, enhance and implement software systems designed to support new or existing business initiatives
- Experience preferred with the healthcare industry and the data and privacy rules for healthcare
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and Apex development, Integration via REST APIs.
- Exposure to AWS API Gateway for data integration
- Experience with generation of electronic claims and billing data (HL7 and FHIR)
- Experience with integrating 3rd party telephony CTI and video
- Well-versed with the Lightning framework and Lightning web components, Aura components, Visualforce pages.
- Should be able to customize Salesforce using standard functionalities. Knowledge of lightning Flows, Approval Processes, Communities, Permissions and other features.
- Solid knowledge of and experience working with technologies such as JavaScript, Python, Node.js, HTML, and CSS
- Experience developing customer-facing interfaces
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues
- Familiar with software development lifecycle methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently in a startup environment
