Summary
UHSM is seeking a Salesforce Developer ready to bring new solutions and ideas to use Salesforce and integrated systems to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support a rapidly growing organization. This role will work closely with the Salesforce Administrator and Product Owner to develop solutions that support user requirements and drive key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analysis, provide estimates of effort, design, present and implement basic to complex solutions to meet the team’s needs
- Design, develop, document, and support integrations and automations between various platforms and Salesforce
- Evaluate and install new Salesforce releases and provide relevant training and support
- Communicate with end-users and Product Owner to understand business requirements and convert them into effective solutions, following Salesforce programming design best practices
- Fix bugs and troubleshoot within Salesforce and integrated systems
- Write and maintain technical documentation
- Provide ongoing analysis of the environment to detect deficiencies and security vulnerabilities and recommend solutions for improvement – in line with HIPAA regulations
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 Certification required
- Proficiency with apex, lightning components, APIs, and integrations
- Marketing Cloud, HealthCloud, Tableau, Salesforce Shield, and Omniscript experience preferred
- Working knowledge of AWS and SFTPs preferred
- Familiarity with agile development practices – Jira and Copado experience a plus
- Strong communication skills, with proven ability to identify solutions and quickly summarize recommendations and options
- Collaborative and proactive
- Take direction, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a remote environment
