East Haven Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a 200-bed Skilled Nursing Facility servicing the Northeast Bronx Community. East Haven offers short-term rehab, sub-acute care, and long-term care, as well as in-house Hospice Care. We are seeking Registered Professional Nurses for who are dedicated, committed to caring, self-driven, and have strong leadership abilities.
As an RN Supervisor at East Haven, you will facilitate the clinical management of your assigned residents/unit, manage multiple priorities, and enhance the collaborative spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling and critical thinking. You will work closely with the Clinical leadership team in providing care that aligns with current standards of professional practice for our residents. The RN Supervisor should have the ability to collaborate effectively with residents and their families/visitors, all staff, the medical team, HODs, ancillary staff, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
- New York State unencumbered RN License
- Strong management and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage and navigate stressful situations professionally
- BCLS
- LTC experience preferred/we are willing to train
- SigmaCare EMR experience preferred
- COVID-19 vaccination is mandated unless a medical exemption is provided
- The current available shifts:
- 7am-3pm - full time/part time
- 3pm-11pm - per diem
- 11pm-7am - full time/part time per diem
