Under the direction of the Manager, orchestrates a portfolio of initiatives/business units/value streams including facilitation and coaching to support cross
functional delivery of business outcomes. This position manages the ceremonies for the continuous delivery cycle including planning, sprints, and retrospectives and helps to ensure value delivery, drives continuous improvement, manages risks, and escalates impediments. This role is a master dot-connector working closely across teams to coordinate and lead multiple releases. If applicable or appropriate, assists in business unit’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and Bank policies and procedures, including but not limited to those related to Fair Banking, Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations, Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act
