Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Job at NorCal Pediatric Dentistry
Seeking Outstanding RDA
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, team player with a positive attitude and a friendly smile who will deliver excellent customer service and compassionate care to our pediatric patients and parents. We are a pediatric dental office seeking a long term fit for our amazing team. This position is wonderful for a self-starter who is able to problem solve, multi-task, and be solution driven throughout the day.
As a licensed Registered Dental Assistant in our growing practice, you will need to be able to build relationships with our valued patients and be proficient in the following areas:
- Be gentle, efficient, dependable and possess great chairside mannerisms
- Warm and engaging with the ability to build quick rapport
- An empathetic listener who quickly understands the needs of our pediatric patients and parents
- Motivated to learn
- Passionate about the benefits of excellent dentistry
- Be an ambassador for and promoter of our practice
- Proficient in taking Digital Radiographs
- Competent chairside assistant functions and vital elements of the position
- Be willing to proactively grow the practice by having a high level of accountability, follow-through, and proactively work to increase efficiency and productivity
This position offers participation in our workshops, continuing education, team bonding, as well as the opportunity to grow your skillset. The position and salary TBD based upon experience, skillset and personality. Benefits are available. This is a full time position with an immediate start.
