TEAM Enterprises is looking for a full-time Regional Sampling Coordinator (RSC). This position will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day administrative and operational duties of servicing the Program Director. The RSC will perform daily administrative functions as well as support the field client programming.

Field Marketing Support Responsibilities:
- Communicate on behalf of Supervisors with Field Managers around the country to inform of projects and due dates as well as track and collect information.
- Provide feedback to all Field Managers concerning client program details to improve consistency and quality.
- Mange BA scheduling, assigning staff to shifts, confirming hours worked with Field Managers and payroll approvals.
- Manage BA expense approvals (MSC cards), support event recap approvals, add content to a photo catalogue for client, and coordinate weekly calls with assigned Field Managers within region.
- Coordinate Meetings and necessary conference calls with Field Managers and Client on behalf of supervisors and take notes and distribute to appropriate staff.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationship with key TEAM personnel and client personnel.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Maintain supervisor’s calendars and assist with email and correspondence follow-ups
- Coordinate travel arrangements for supervisor(s)
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for meetings and project client programs
- Review current processes and systems suggesting ways of improvement
- Work with IT to manage and update program websites such as LMS, Booking and recap systems
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of previous secretarial/administrative/operational assistant experience, preferably with an agency.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills and be a self-starter.
- Must have flexible work hours to service supervisors' needs while they are traveling.
- Must be able to learn TEAM expense system software and promotional software.
- Must have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must have the ability to gather information, analyze information and report key insights with recommendations for solutions.
