Position Summary:
Aston Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time IT Technical Recruiter, in our St Louis Park office, who would be working to identify talented individuals to join our company. Our ideal candidate for this position is someone that is highly motivated and interested in gaining experience in recruiting and an ever-growing IT industry. This individual must have the ability to efficiently source, screen, and present qualified candidates in accordance to business needs and job requirements. This individual will collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams across departments to assist within the interview process.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or related experience; Recruiting experience preferred
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Excels in interpersonal relationship building, with a passion to connect with others on a daily basis
- Strong organization skills with the ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize work as needed
- Office automation tools (Microsoft Office 365 Product Suite, Adobe, etc.) for proofreading, editing, formatting, and tracking progress throughout the interview lifecycle

Benefits/Perks:
This position offers a competitive salary range $38k-45k annually DOE as well as an uncapped commission plan, with eligibility for a full benefits package after 90 days that includes:
