Quality Inspector for our client in Michigan City, IN.
Job Summary
To ensure the quality of all incoming and outgoing materials, products, and manufacturing processes, we are looking for a responsible Quality Inspector. You'll be a staunch supporter of excellence in our company. The ideal applicant will be dependable and committed, with a keen eye for detail. It is crucial to have a thorough understanding of high standards. The objective is to guarantee that our goods are constructed from top-notch materials and feature functional machinery. In doing so, our customers will benefit from our high-quality products, and we can achieve long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- Read Blueprints, Micrometers, and instructions to comprehend the quality standards for the product and supplies. * Use visual comparators and calipers.
- Depending on quality requirements, accept or refuse raw materials and keep track of supplier performance.
- Select output samples and check them using suitable methods (measuring dimensions, testing functionality,
comparing to specifications, etc.)
- We have kept track of testing results, data, and different metrics like the number of flawed products produced each
day, etc.
- Verify that all production cycle methods are effective and adhere to safety regulations.
- When using equipment, keep an eye on it to make sure it's secure and working properly.
- Create reports, then deliver them to the quality supervisor.

Bonus payment schedule: After 90 days of employment, the first half is paid; the remaining half is paid 180 days after the successful completion of the job. Any compensation must adhere to established rules regarding things like success in the role and attendance.

Depending on expertise, pay starts at $18.
