We ship our products around the world where they are used in large engines hydraulic cylinders, transmissions, air compressors, turbo chargers, shock absorbers and many other applications.

We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team.
Operations Management
- Execute schedule to meet promise dates to customers
- Lead, manage, & hold the team accountable (LMA)
- Create predictable outcomes (in time, lead time, production, workflow)
- Lead Operations execution & support teams
- Anticipate issues and prevent problems
- Create and implement new processes
- Execute the Strategic Operational Plan
- Manage to budget
- Escalate issues to VP OPS and other support groups as needed
- Resolve customer complaints*
- Set and manage to KPI's
Talent
- Develop and execute staffing plans to match customer requirements with the proper number of Direct Labor and Support heads.
- Engage team members for change and vision
- Evaluate talent and build a high performing team through cross-training and thorough screening of potential new hires.
- Manage performance—annual/periodic reviews, progressive discipline, etc.
- Develop and mentor team members
- Conduct regular one on ones with direct reports to ensure proper communication of issues, initiatives, improvements, etc.
Strategy
- Participate in developing annual manufacturing strategic plan (talent, resources, capacity)
- Translate strategic vision to manufacturing execution plan
- Position the operation for growth
