About This Opportunity

JOB TITLE: Production Associate
POSITION TYPE: Full time
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

STARTING PAY $21.19/hour, plus an additional $0.30/hour shift premium for working PM shift.
Pay increases to $21.44 after 3 months and $23.22 after 6 month

Shifts Available:
2nd shift (4:00pm – midnight) or 3rd shift (midnight to 8:00am) positions available
Weekends and holidays scheduled on a rotating basis

If you have two or more years of dairy manufacturing plant experience, you are eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus at Foremost Farms. All others are eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Join our fast-paced Reedsburg team as a Production Associate, where we produce high-quality butter, butter blends, condensed skim milk, condensed buttermilk, and sweet cream for national and international customers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• No prior experience needed; on-the-job training is provided
• Must be aged 18 years or older
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodations
• Able to stand for the duration of shift
• Willing to use a forklift (training is provided)
• Must be able to read and understand standard operating procedures and labels written in English
• Basic math skills (addition and subtraction) required
• Must be able to tell time on an analog or digital clock
• Participation in a team environment
• Must be detail orientated
• Ability to perform in a fact-paced work environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Any manufacturing experience you have will help you learn on the job
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP's, OSHA and loss control programs is a plus, not required
