Job Title: Preparation Technician
Location: Mahwah, NJ
Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am-3:0pm
Salary: $19-$23 per hour (full-time)

Overview: Prepare products or subassemblies for functionality or quality. Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products. Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare products or subassemblies for functionality or quality.
- Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products.
- Prepare for the build of product subassemblies or final assemblies.
- Monitor and adjust processes or equipment for quality and productivity.
- Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.
- Housekeeping and sanitation.
- Train fellow co-workers as needed.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School degree a plus
- Knowledge of manufacturing environments
- Strong basic communication skills
- Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings that detail product specifications
- Ability to work with and apply chemical materials such as bonding agents
