Plant Supervisor II (1st, 2nd 3rd Shift) Job at thyssenkrupp Materials NA Inc.
We are currently seeking a Plant Supervisor II in our Toledo, OH warehouse. We are seeking someone with flexibility.
1st, & 3rd shift (weekends required)
The key responsibilities of the Plant Supervisor II include, but are not limited to the following:
- Meet all production and distribution objectives in an automotive environment.
- Teach, coach and demonstrate work activities for team members.
- Responsible for conducting performance reviews and disciplinary functions
- Direct staff on priority of work to be accomplished.
- Accountable for ensuring that all team members receive required instruction in safety procedures, proper use of equipment, performance standards, disciplinary processes and other workplace and Company policies, procedures and practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in quality and manufacturing
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- PIT experience (forklifts, tuggers, etc.)
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
