ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada with locations in Cypress, California and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling and we are seeking Plant Manager to join our growing team in an onsite position in Cypress, California. As a Plant Manager, you will oversee and manage production shift employees and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards.

This role reports to the Production Manager.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Partners with Human Resources to interview and hire staff in the department
• Manages discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
• Organizes and coordinates activities and staff schedules, ensuring fulfillment goals are met and that shipments are timely, accurate, and undamaged
• Collaborates with managers and other departments to develop processes and procedures
• Identifies, investigates, and resolves delays in shift operations, ensuring shipping deadlines are met
• Informs production planning department, relevant management, and other stakeholders of delays
• Works with other leaders to identify and address inefficiencies and opportunities for cost reduction
• Prepares work schedules to ensure efficient operations
• Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment
• Ensures that products are identified, weighed, and warehoused correctly
• Ensures that employees comply with applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures
• Ensures paperwork is completed and signed correctly
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least five (5) years of experience in a related area with supervisory experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production operations and machinery
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to complete reports and logs
• Strong organizational skills including the use of 5S methodology
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Preferred but not essential)

$75,000 - $95,000 a year

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - 95,000 per year, which serves as a guide for pay decisions. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, such as candidate's qualifications, experience, and skills, as well as pay equity considerations.
