**$3,000 sign on bonus ** - earn $1,000 at 60 days, 90 days and 180 days (after successful employee performance in above mentions periods - no policy violations / disciplinary action)

Earn up to $3,000 through the NYS Health Worker Bonus Program through March of 2024 - up to $3,000 annually based on hours worked full / part time status.

Not Certified? We offer Tuition – free, paid training to receive your PCA Certificate. Earn your certificate in less than 2 weeks. CNA’s can test –out to receive their PCA Certificate.

Responsibilities: Assisting residents with ADL's, serving meals, laundry, personal care, and assisting with medication administration.

Required education:

· High school or equivalent

· PCA / HHA Certificate

· Medication Administration experience preferred, but not required

· Requirements: Must have current caregiver certification. At least one year of experience preferred but not required.

Pay: Starting at 16.50 / hr
