Job Description
Primary Function of Position:
The Payroll Analyst’s main function is to assist in the daily payroll processing in and maintenance of employee records for payroll in ADP Vantage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform the day-to-day operations of US and Canadian payroll processing ensuring the processes runs timely and accurately for two entities.
- Check and audit employee change data.
- Manage timecard audit and collection (including missing timecards and approvals).
- Post changes in pay and tax status.
- Analyze reports to determine and correct out-of-balance conditions.
- Collaborate with multiple business teams within the organization such as HR, Equity and Business Systems to resolve employee setup and payroll issues.
- Create and deliver Ad hoc custom reports.
- Assist in testing new functional system enhancements, system updates and integrations.
- Work on projects as assigned, ensuring that Global Finance SSC project management methodology is followed.
- Other activities and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:
- High school diploma, Associate’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience using ADP Vantage and Oracle HCM preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel including advanced formulas functions (VLOOKUP’s, Pivot tables, IF statements) and MS Word.
- Knowledge of SOX controls
- Strong ability to maintain confidentiality to payroll and other employee personal information.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset with good judgement and high level of attention to details and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize workload, multi-task, meet all deadlines, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills; verbally and in written communication
- Excellent organization skills; ability to handle multiple priorities within deadlines is required.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target salary ranges are listed.
Base Salary Range Region 1:$74,000 - $100,100
Base Salary Range Region 2: $62,900 - $85,100
