As a Parts Specialist, your typical responsibilities include:
- Supply Service Technicians with parts as required.
- Document parts usage on work orders
- Drive company vehicle to pick up specialty parts and other task as needed
- Verify receipting-in of shipments and assist with placing Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations.
- Keep work area and assigned warehouse areas neat, clean, and organized.
- Maintains condition of department vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment.
- Greet walk-in customers, respond to customer telephone calls and inquiries, sell products and/or services to meet customer needs.
Requirements include:
- Clean driving record
- Commercial Trailer Parts experience or other parts experience preferred
- Safely operate a forklift
- Able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills
- Attention to detail
- Dress appropriately for work and weather conditions
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Regular and timely attendance is required. Mon – Fri 7:30am – 4:00pm
- Participates in all job-related training and development.
- Able to move objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Standing for prolonged periods.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a hourly rate of pay, negotiable based on experience.
