The position of Office Coordinator of Capital Area CASA Association requires three years relevant experience.

Experience in the following areas will be given preference: Microsoft Office software, typing speed and efficiency, multiple line phone system and customer service.

Skills necessary for success in this position include interpersonal, organizational, written and oral communication, ability to prioritize and follow through, problem solving, attention to details.

The Office Coordinator of Capital Area CASA Association should be energetic, positive, self-motivated, flexible, goal oriented, organized, creative, and resourceful. Most importantly, they should have a sense of mission to children’s issues.

The Office Coordinator is responsible to the Office Manager.

The Office Coordinator of Capital Area CASA Association is responsible for achieving the following results in a timely and efficient manner:

  • Staff has sufficient clerical support. ·
  • Correspondence and documents are prepared.
  • Visitors are greeted warmly and promptly.
  • Phone is answered professionally and staff receives messages.
  • Mail is processed and distributed (includes bulk mailing).
  • Documents are scanned and archived.
  • Data Entry
  • Assisting with events.

The Office Coordinator may perform other duties as necessary to meet the responsibilities of the position and the objectives of Capital Area CASA Association.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 per hour
