We are seeking Bilingual English/Spanish Office Assistant to join our team to provide support with daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational and communication skills able to work in a fast paced enviroment, as well as a strong attention to detail.
Must have knowledge with Microsoft Office and Excel.
Two year degree or 3 years working experience in office enviroment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls in a professional friendly manner.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Organize and file documents.
- Maintain client files.
- Schedule appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry,filing.
- Provide general customer service support.
- Maintain overall office appearance.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
