MANUFACTURING MACHINE OPERATORS – $700 Hiring Bonus

Full Time:

2nd shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:15 p.m.

3rd shift: 11:00 p.m. - 7:15 a.m.

Riverdale Mills is hiring! We are located in Northbridge, MA just 15 mins from Northern RI and 15 mins from Worcester and offering a $700 Hiring Bonus.

Our dynamic team of employees is the heartbeat of our business. Riverdale Mills is looking for ALL LEVELS of machine operators to grow with our company.

• Entry level: 1 to 2 years of experience
• Intermediate: 3 to 5 years
• Mid-level: 6 to 8 years
• Senior level: 9+ years

Level of experience will determine your machine placement. Must be dependable, on time & hard working!

Machine Operator Skills Required:

• Willingness to learn and work hard with reliability & attention to detail
• Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment
• Must have mechanical ability with knowledge in the use of various hand & electrical power tools
• Basic math with the ability to read & use measuring tools (measuring tape, caliper, etc.)
• Ability to communicate well, verbal & written in English, listening and taking instruction critical
• Physical ability and stamina

Machine Operator Physical Demands:

• On feet for most of the work hours
• Lifting up to about 70 pounds
• Moving heavy weight material; such as wire mesh rolls
• Repetitive hand motion, along with pushing, pulling, turning, twisting, and bending

Machine Operator Daily Responsibilities:

• Maintain work area and equipment in clean, safe and orderly condition
• Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations along with maintaining quality standards
