- You have managed or supported learning technology solutions and platforms for healthcare focused audiences
- You are a problem solver and solution finder - prioritizing simplicity and the learner experience
- You are an expert in learning systems architectures, audience cohorts and administrative protocols that ensure consistency in deployment
- You have experience in xAPI, SCORM, AICC and other learning package and tracking technologies
- You are passionate about instructional technology and leveraging tools like Articulate, Vyond, Elucidat and other tools.
- You have proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); advanced expertise in Excel preferred
You'll make an impact by...
- Implementing and managing a learning management system for our healthcare associates and provider populations
- Collaborating with Walmart Academy, Walmart tech and 3rd party content providers to create a seamless learning experience for all H&W learning audiences
- Working with HR, Learning Tech, Compliance and other stakeholders to drive consistency of audience assignments and rigor in learning program deployments
- Inputting curriculum data into both Excel spreadsheets and Walmart's learning database with accuracy, specificity, and attention to detail.
- Working proactively to improve database entry and maintenance processes and advocates for process-adherence throughout the broader Learning Team.
- Researching and applying trends and advancements in the learning and development space to content development
- Exchanging ongoing constructive feedback about content development and curriculum design with peers, supervisors, and other collaborators across the broader Learning team.
- Contributing to Walmart's culture and teamwork by demonstrating ownership, accountability, and openness to feedback.
