Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions (Lighthouse) provides individual, outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential, psychiatric services, and medication assisted treatment for mental health and substance abuse treatment needs.

Our programs and services are dedicated to adults struggling to cope with alcohol and/or drug addiction and mental health challenges brought about by difficult life experiences on an outpatient basis.

Job Summary:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Handling basic repairs and maintenance (such as basic plumbing work, painting, flooring repair, lawncare, upkeep, etc. knowledge of HVAC helpful).
• Responding to maintenance emergencies
• Complete regular assessments of property
• Alert upper management to major maintenance concerns
• Complete preventative maintenance for all property
• Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.

Skills/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Experience managing a team
• Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
• Experience performing routine maintenance.
• Strong organizational and follow up skills.
• Eye for detail.
• Professional presentation and attitude.
• Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license.
