REQUIREMENTS:

• With or without experience
• Must have a valid licensed
• Must CPR Certified
• Must have a drive license and auto insurance
• Able to work in our servicing areas

LPN will give and assist in direct patient care while working under the supervision of the charge nurse (RN). Patients will be managed medically by the LPN. Assist the RN with patient population environmental safety and crisis management. As directed by the RN, supervise MHTs. Through frequent nursing care plan updates, ensure that patient care is documented, that data is accurate, and that it is included in the master treatment plan. The LPN will collaborate with the treatment team to maintain a consistent therapeutic environment.
