Position Summary:
Under the direction of an RN, utilizing the nursing process, provides skilled nursing care to hospice patients in their homes or other health care facilities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current MA LPN License
• Strong clinical skills
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Home/Hospice care experience preferred
Location: Valley Health Systems · Hospice Administration
Schedule: Full Time, day shift, M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm
