Great opportunity to learn under a highly skilled, knowledgeable Certified Executive Chef. This position works hand-in-hand with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef directing and enhancing the Club’s multiple kitchen operations. All together, they will evaluate and recognize potential areas and opportunities to continue improving on an already well-regarded culinary program.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate talents and skills that are conducive to the successful operation of the restaurant.
- Embrace the concept of customer service.
- Demonstrate knowledge of food safety standards.
- Create, maintain and provide information to support financial objectives of company, including cost containment and profitability.
- Promote a positive customer and employee experience by providing an exceptional dining experience.
- Demonstrate a knowledge of recipes, methods and procedures; a ability to read, analyze and interpret recipes, production required time and production measurements; a ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, management and customers verbally, in writing; a ability to provide direction and recommendations; a ability to promote positive relationships with peers, management and customers through in-person meetings, written communications or phone calls.
