Gillespie Group is looking for a dynamic part-time Leasing Specialist for our apartments located in Delta Township. Previous property management experience is desired. Must possess the following skills with excellence:

Requirements:- Lease apartments and aggressively sell the products and services of the property to which they are assigned.
- Work with property management staff to development and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Maintain product knowledge of property assigned and that of major competition through site visits/tours and telephone surveys
- Oversee, approve and prepare all lease-related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assist with managing the date-to-day operations of the apartment community.
- Oversee and maintain prospect, traffic and leasing data.
- Oversee and follow established policies and procedures regarding the qualifications, screening and acceptable of applicants for residency.
- Inspect units on move-in day to ensure units are ready.
- Oversee and follow the property lease renewal program and maximize resident renewals.
- Participate in company training classes and meetings, as required.
