Daycare Teacher - Bilingual Spanish/ English
**HIRING IMMEDIATELY**
Rayito de Sol Spanish Immersion Early Learning Center is looking for a passionate and committed bilingual (Spanish/English) professional to be a Teacher for Infant, Toddler and Preschool level classes. Potential candidates must be organized, detail-orientated, self-motivated, reliable, and able to lead in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Responsible for the care, hygiene, learning, and development activities, specialized programs, and sanctioned discipline of the children. Maintain classroom records, cleanliness, and orderliness
- Implementing established curriculum and ensuring that the programs meet the emotional, physical, intellectual and social needs of both the individuals in their class, as well as the group as a whole
- Developing a student’s general comprehension and understanding of the Spanish language and Latino culture as well as teaching general age-appropriate concepts and skills in an environment that is nurturing, safe, and respectful
QUALIFICATIONS
- Spanish Verbal Communication Skills required
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Education or related field, preferred
- Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential
- Previous Childcare teaching experience, preferred
- Ability to sustain a high level of energy, excel in an ambiguous and continuously changing, competitive environment
- Current First-Aid and CPR certification
