LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE PRODUCTION MANAGER – RANCHO CORDOVA, CA

Enhanced Landscape Management (ELM) is a landscape industry leader in California and Nevada with over 500 employees. Our growth and recent expansion has created the immediate need to grow our team of dedicated professionals.

ELM is seeking a Production Manager for our Rancho Cordova service region to lead field crews and ensure safety, quality and service standards are being met. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in managing several commercial landscape maintenance crews.

General Duties

• Coaching and management of field service teams
• Communication with internal management team in terms of setting priorities and project status
• Train, develop and manage field staff – gardeners and foremen
• Support field teams by being a resource for knowledge in managing irrigation and horticultural best practices
• Perform regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are being met
• Ensure crews are operating safely and safety policies are being followed at all times
• Manage the local fleet/equipment needs relating to repair, maintenance and training

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a field supervisor in a commercial landscape maintenance capacity
• Bilingual – English and Spanish, written and verbal
• Have strong work ethic and be able to effectively manage time
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and physical
• Clean driving history and valid driver license

Physical Demands

· Must be able to see, hear and speak clearly in order to communicate with management, crew members and occasionally, clients.

· This is a physically demanding role requiring the incumbent to be able to have full range of mobility in upper and lower body, reach over head, work in various positions including, but not limited to standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods of time. Lift, pull, and push materials and equipment to complete job tasks. Lift 50 pounds of weight frequently though-out the workday
