Position – Landscape Designer
- Compensation - $18.00 - $24.00 per hour based on experience, with potential for commission.
- Full time employment – year round
- Work 4 – 10 hour days a week. Some Friday work but a 3-day weekend is typical.

Job Description: Designer will use computer-aided design software to help bring our clients' landscaping dreams to life. Designer will be responsible for suggestions of plant placement and layout of Landscape. The Designer will need to have an understanding of types of plants that thrive in a particular environment, so horticultural experience is beneficial. You are also responsible for estimating the cost of the project using LMN Software. You may need to be on site to inspect layout and specific design aspects of the project, but creating the design will be your primary responsibility in this role.
Job Duties:
- Design Landscapes & Hardscapes. Provide acurate project estimating using LMN software
- Responsible for drawing Landscapes Design projects for our clients
- Responsible for accuracy of Estimated Cost.
- Plan job in an effective manner to ensure optimum job efficiency and effectiveness
- Client commination - in person, email, phone, and verbal
- Potential Sales meetings with Client
- Weekly budget and scheduling meetings
- Assist with landscape constructions when needed
- Complete daily paperwork tracking job time and material costs
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Comply with all company policies and regulations
- Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations
