Kitchen Manager Job at Galla's Pizza
Galla's Pizza & Wings has been serving Buffalo style pizza to Atlanta diners for more than 20 years. We are currently hiring for an experienced Kitchen Manager at the Chamblee location. The Kitchen Manager will have complete responsibility for the daily management and scheduling of all aspects of the kitchen.
Maintain overall profitability through the effective management of food and labor costs.
Have the ‘heart of a trainer’ with responsibility for training, development and oversight of all kitchen staff.
Work hand-in-hand with General Manager and Front of House manager to ensure consistent product and service.
Must be able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
Must be able to delegate work.
Must be able to hold team members accountable.
Paid Vacation offered after 6 months of service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
