Position summary:

A fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Specialist has opened at a known IT Managed Services Provider.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will work closely with our customers to maintain and support the IT Business solutions provided to them.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Major in Computer Science or the equivalent
• Experience in management and support of ManageEngine products (ServiceDesk Plus, OpManager, DesktopCentral, etc.)
• Experience in the management of Windows servers, desktops (hardware and Operating Systems), networks (routers, switches and firewalls) and Active Directory
• Knowledge or experience in the areas of ITSM, ITAM and ITOM
• Availability between 3AM to 12PM (Remote Work) and 8:30am to 5:30pm at office when the operation required
• Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Own a vehicle

Skills

• Systems: Windows Sever 2012 and above / Windows 10.
• Desktop Environment: (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policies, Logon / Logoff Scripts, File Server, Print Server), Systems Administration tools configuration and management.
• Databases: My SQL, Microsoft SQL 2000, WSUS, Exchange Server, IIS, Domain Controllers, 2005, 2008R2 and 2012R2 Software Configuration and Implementation.
• Languages: HTML, CSS, XML, MS SQL Query.
• Software: MS Office, Hyper V, Vmware ESX, Vmware Worstation, Virtual Box, Solar Wind Monitoring Application, ManageEngine ServiceDesk,Client Management and Monitoring tools (OpManager, and DesktopCentral), BMC, ServiceNow.
• Networking/Infrastructure: Monitoring, Network Segmentation and "Troubleshooting" of TCP / IP and related protocols. Configure "Network Switches" and virtual local area networks (VLANs). Network, application, server monitoring and configuration tools. Support on the setup for smart mobile devices to access corporate email. Installation, configuration and support to Wireless Networks (WiFi).
