We are a key link in supply chains worldwide, with a broad and diverse range of services from simple printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies to product engineering, testing and development.

We are currently looking for an ERP Operations IT Leader to join the team in our Romulus, Michigan office. The ERP Operations Leader will be a member of a dynamic team in the IT Department supporting the ACTIA Group of companies globally. This critical role will be the key leader and liaison between the business side and IT side providing operational, technical and administrative support to all users.

The ideal candidate must have the ability to communicate very clearly and concisely both written (emails) and verbally. Guide team members through the implementation process and troubleshoot complex issues, while successfully interfacing with various internal departments and business units at all company levels.

Responsibilities include:

Providing the necessary support and training to users including raising awareness of security and best practices.

Ensure data consistency.

Update documentation, incident follow-up, reports and optimization of procedures.

Resolve incidents according to the instructions and procedures in force.

Qualify incoming incidents and establish a first diagnosis to fix or escalate according to the level of the incident.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in IT systems or industrial IT solutions.

Minimum of two years of experience in a similar user support position.

Basic knowledge of Information Systems

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and strong attention to detail

Solid ability to meet all deadlines in an organized and timely manner.

Experience on the use of an ERP (preferably M3, Movex, Infor)
