Internal Staffing Pool | Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA / Resident Assistant / RA | All Shifts | Full-Time and Part-Time Positions!

Starting Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour + differentials
Pool Caregivers / CNAs will be assigned to work at various Heritage Senior Living communities in the Greater Milwaukee Area. Locations may include Port Washington, Menomonee Falls, West Allis, New Berlin, Greenfield, Pewaukee, Hartland and Muskego. Pool Staff will be eligible for mileage reimbursement. Seeking Caregivers / CNAs who have experience working in RCAC, CBRF and/or Skilled Nursing settings.

A successful Pool CNA / RA has the following:

- Competency and ability to utilize a floor lift, sit-to-stand and fiction-reducing devices
- CBRF and/or RCAC caregiving experience ( assisted living, elderly care, nursing home, long term care, and/or memory care )
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to residents per their individualized service plan
- Attend to residents’ individual needs and assist with activities of daily living
- Maintain comfort, privacy, and dignity of our residents
- Promptly reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor
Requirements:
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- High school diploma, GED, or 1-3 months related experience or training preferred
- If a CNA, must provide copy of certificate
- Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines

- Complete New-Hire Orientation, CBRF classes (as needed), and clinical skills training
- Receive continuous on-floor training from mentor as you continue to provide exceptional care to our residents
