QI SCHOOL, located in Franklin, MA, is dedicated to providing high-quality care and education for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old. We utilize an inquiry-based curriculum that emphasizes social-emotional learning and STEM education. We offer Mandarin immersion opportunities, and our children dive deep into each topic during Weekly Explorations. The Infant/Toddler Teacher, under the supervision of the Director, is responsible to create and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum based on the individual needs of each child in the classroom.

We are currently seeking to hire an Infant/Toddler Teacher. We are currently offering a signing bonus of $1,000.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents and fellow team members
• Instruct children in activities designed to promote intellectual and emotional growth

• Create a fun and safe learning environment

• Collaborate with other teachers and administrators to create an engaging and developmentally appropriate preschool curriculum
• Maintain open and positive communication with families in regard to their child's progress
• Assist in maintaining children's daily records, portfolios, and reports.

Qualifications:

• EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or similar preferred
• Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
• Passionate about working with children
• Ability to build rapport with children
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
