HVAC Service Technician
Caswell Mechanical, Inc. is a rapidly growing plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical company located in Newburyport, Massachusetts. We perform all levels of residential and commercial work, renovations and new construction plumbing in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine.
We are currently looking for HVAC Service Technicians with experience trouble shooting, diagnosing, and repairing residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. Must be reliable, have a valid driver’s license and a strong work ethic. Positions available immediately.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Service/Repair of Residential and Commercial HVAC systems.
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in residential HVAC install and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Plumbing experience would be a plus.
- Strong customer relation skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Good driving record.
- EPA Universal License.
- Valid driver's License.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
