ThermalTran serves residential, commercial, industrial, and scientific HVAC and refrigeration. We are looking for experienced HVAC installers with a sterling character, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to provide efficient solutions for our clients. Adaptability and flexibility are a must. ThermalTran's standards are high, but if you are up to the challenge, we invite you to apply.

Minimum Requirements:

• One year of HVAC or commercial refrigeration service experience
• Knowledge of mechanical and energy codes, coupled with best practices for repair
• Clear and respectful communication skills
• Ability to imbue trust in relationships with our clients and team members
• Teachability: a passion for learning more about the trade and energy efficiency

Desired traits (These traits can be learned at ThermalTran if these are presently beyond your current skillset) :

• Experience in rooftop system installation
• High organizational skills in managing truck stock
• Competency with Service Titan or other field service software
• Other HVAC installation experience beyond residential systems
• Experience assembling walk-in coolers and freezers
