Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to managers to assist with recruiting initiatives.
  • Post job postings, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule interviews with department managers.
  • Obtain backgrounds checks and references on selected candidates.
  • Prepare and email offer letters.
  • Post intern job opportunities with Placement offices at local colleges and manage flow of applicants.
  • Create digital employment files for all current employees.
  • Write and edit SOP's and WIs starting with drafts prepared by managers and staff.
  • Implement formal training programs and on-boarding processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years HR Manager experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in related HR field.
  • Experience in hiring, interviewing, and processing background checks.
  • Experience in writing HR SOP's.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Good work ethic and computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
