Hotel Front Desk Agent Job at Comfort Suites
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent or similar role is required.
- Experience with Choice Advantage software would be advantageous, but not required.
- Exceptional customer service-oriented attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Team oriented mindset along with a willingness to learn new tasks
- Well-presented and professionally groomed appearance.
- Availability to work any shift needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
