HHA/CNA Caregivers

Pay: $15.50 – $17 per hour

Job Description:

Homewatch CareGivers is seeking in-home Home Health Aids (HHAs) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) skilled in providing complex care for those living with chronic conditions near their North Tampa, FL location. In this role, you will be able to build meaningful relationships with clients, grow your skill set with our free online learning university, and have a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home care with a compassionate and caring attitude
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Assist clients with errands, appointments, and social activities
• Update office staff on client progress as needed 
• Assist with activities of daily living (ex: mobility, grooming, bathing)
• Provide complex care for those living with chronic conditions

Required Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years old
• 1+ years experience
• Active CNA License or HHA certificate
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to pass background check and drug test
• Valid Florida Driver's License

Physical Requirements:

• Able to bend, climb, stoop, and stand
• Able to lift 20-30 pounds
• Able to use tools necessary for job
• Able to communicate effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPR Certification
