Hyatt House Louisville East, in Hurstbourne, is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to join our team! Responsibilities will include some of the following:
- Assistance to the Front Office operations such as guest service and registration, room and office inventory, maintain current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, as well as making sure the FD staff is Up-to-date.
- Assist in interviewing, training, onboarding, and work on schedules.
- Assist with accounts payable or assist with anything assigned by the General Manager
- Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline oriented; multi-tasking between phone and guests.
