ABOUT THE JOB
In Iola, we specialize in the production of hydraulic hoses, created in all sizes and dimensions. Our process starts with raw materials - braided, heated, and shaped around a metal pole or rubber mandrel to meet specific orders. When finished, our hoses are marked with the Gates logo and shipped to customers around the world. A Production Worker will spend most of their workday lifting, measuring, cutting, and monitoring machinery and gauges.
