Front Desk Medical Receptionist
Full-Time, experienced Medical Receptionist needed for our fun, dynamic, & growing ophthalmology practice. We have openings in our Bergenfield location.
Front Desk Receptionist responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greet incoming patients in a professional and timely manner
- Verify and update patient’s demographic, and medical information
- Answer multi-line telephone system with friendly caring tone
- Confirm patients for upcoming appointments and procedures
- Fax, scan, and upload patient documents into Electronic Medical Records
- Communicate with appropriate office representative regarding office, computer, & phone repairs
- Coordinate satellite office deliveries via staff members
- Assist in opening and closing facility in proper manner
- Working two Saturdays a month and sharing in the opening and closing of the office.
