Front Desk Agent (FT/Overnight shift) Job at Rosen Hotels & Resorts

- Assist guests with the check in/check out process in a professional and courteous manner based on Rosen Standards
- Provide outstanding guest service by greeting, welcoming and informing guests
- Maintain records, perform transactions and settle guest accounts at the end of their stay
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum requirements for this position include, but are not limited to standing, walking, and lifting for long periods of time
- Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer/guest service experience
- Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with staff and the general public
- Proficient computer and technology skills preferred
