HallsNet & Hall's Quality Communications of East Texas is looking for a full time technician. We provide the truck, tools, and supplies.

This position will be responsible for taking care of our customers with quality installations, on site technical support, and second to none customer service as well as assisting with our ISP infrastructure build out.

If you are NOT a "people person" who likes being around customers, this is NOT the environment for you. We pride ourselves on our customer service which means genuinely wanting to go the extra mile for the customer. Also, if you do NOT like things changing constantly, then this is NOT the job for you. 3 types of job activities will be preformed by this position.

• Most days you will be running solo routes. Mainly installs but, some service calls, upgrades, and uninstalls. Service providers are mainly HallsNet and OTA(Over The Air) antennas with no provider. Routes may have some work orders for other general communications work. Pay for this is piece rate(per job) to average.
• Tech assistant. There will not be much of this work type. This is to help a tech that has a job requiring 2 people or riding with a tech for on the job training/coaching if needed. Hourly Pay
• ***(NOT REQUIRED)***Climbing small towers in 1 or 2 man crews. Be able to safely climb towers that are usually 3 sided and less than 60 feet tall. This requires you have no fear of heights. Safety gear and training provided. Special pay for climbing our larger infrastructure towers of 60' to 199'.

DEPENDABLE

One of the most important things about this job is dependability. When you are scheduled to work there are many people counting on you both inside and outside of the company. We are very flexible with scheduling and can mark any days off if we have notice. But, when you have agreed to work and have jobs scheduled, our customers and us expect you to be there. This cannot be stressed enough.

Requirements:

• DEPENDABLE!
• Must have RELIABLE transportation to Lindale, TX
• 2 year min exp installation with a ISP, DirecTV, Dish Network, or Viasat.

• Able to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Able to learn new technology that is constantly changing
• Valid Drivers License
• Able to work in attics & crawlspace
• Work outside in extreme heat, cold, AND RAIN
• Live in East Texas Area. (Live less than an hour from Tyler), in or around Sulphur Springs, in or around Gilmer, or in or around Scurry.

Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour
