  • Proficient in social media: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc. (Preferred)
  • Proficient in Photoshop is a plus (not required)

Full Job Description

The Executive Assistant’s responsibility is to support the CEO in a timely, personalized and professional manner. The Executive Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks and work independently on various projects, from conception to completion.

The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure, handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion, well-organized, have great time management skills, take the initiative and work with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and employees, clients and partners.
  • Drive new business through Facebook, Google, outbound, targeted telemarketing campaigns to business owners and key decision makers.
  • Manage incoming and outbound sales calls, customer service and tech support calls, inquiries and all aspects of order management
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Build and maintain the customer CRM database
  • Responsible for accurate and timely revenue forecasting and updates
  • Strong communication/negotiating/closing skills with customers/prospects
  • Perform general administrative duties such as backing up for the office, organizing, shipping, etc.
  • Assis CEO for daily operation as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Forward looking thinker, who actively takes the initiative and proposes solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Social Media.
  • Manage tasks using independent judgment and initiative.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00~$85000 base salary plus bonus
