The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Events Team Member supports and leads off-site events. You will create a warm, welcoming environment for our guests at our off-site events. You will be the first point of contact to engage, educate and ecourgae our guests who may or may not have tasted our awesome cakes before. You will be the NbC “Joy Amassador”, creating a memorable experience while leaving a positive, lasting impression. Accountabilities/Duties:

• Self-Starter that can set up and run events independently while positively interacting with customers and promoting Nothing Bundt Cakes.
• Promptly greets guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm to determine interests and needs of our guests.
• Processes guest orders efficiently and accurately utilizing the point-of-sale system and invite guests to join NbC Email Club to benefit from special promotions and remain connected.
• Creates a fun, clean and organized presentation of the NbC stall or booth.
• Complies with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.
• Maintains a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.
• Maintains strong product knowledge to educate guests on NbC cake distinction, size and flavor profile options, pricing, special promotions, and complimentary retail merchandise.

Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:

• Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• While no formal education or work experience is required, previous guest service experience at a bakery, restaurant or retail store is a plus.

Work Availability: Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands.

Employees at a franchised Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery location are employed by the franchise owner/operator and are not employees of Nothing Bundt Cakes Corporate (the franchisor).
