The primary office location for this position will be based out of New Ulm, MN -with remote work options available after six months of employment..

An individual in this role will continue to learn, understand, and effectively use current accounting software applications when assisting with engagements. This person is expected to grow and develop to a point that he/she can demonstrate a solid understanding of accounting and auditing principles, quality control standards and technology implementation procedures. Responsibilities:

• Learn the planning process and assist in planning and facilitating multiple assignments
• Assist with facilitating engagements to meet budget and client expectations
• Provide exceptional service to clients by providing individual attention, responsiveness, and commitment to understanding their goals and needs

• Build and strengthen co-worker and client relationships through effective communication and an understanding of relevant audit and accounting standards; Advise on concerns and relevant industry pronouncements
• Learn and develop a good understanding of client businesses
