About the Role:
This position is available immediately; we are actively conducting interviews. Must be able to pass a Homeland Security Background Check.
We are hiring an Enrollment Agent (aka TSA Customer Service Representative), you will provide great customer service be positive, inclusive, and collaborative.
You will process electronic fingerprinting, and applicant data and initiate background checks for various federal programs.
Responsibilities:
- Perform biometric processing to include capturing electronic fingerprints, photographs, and signatures.
- Proof and check work for accuracy and completeness and maintain a 98% efficiency rating for all processed forms.
- Provide the highest level of customer service to all applicants.
- Track processing time for each applicant.
- Safeguard all documents.
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a Homeland Security Background Check.
- High School Diploma.
- Previous experience in customer service and working with the public.
- Successful completion of the company-administered training program.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 75% of assigned work hours.
- Ability to process 75 fingerprint cards per day with a stringent service level requirement processing time.
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment with the public.
- Good typing skills.
- Good penmanship.
Must be fully vaccinated and show proof of vaccination.
Pay commensurate with experience.
