Job Description:

EEtility is seeking to add another dynamic member to our team! This individual needs to be self-motivated, hardworking, and ready and eager to provide one on one virtual education to Missouri Utility customers who elect to participate in highly impactful residential energy efficiency programs. While already possessing a high-level understanding of energy efficiency in the built environment is a plus, it is not a requirement. Applicants with a successful background in education and/or sales where clear communication is a skillset will thrive in this position!

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

(This list is not inclusive and subject to variation based on Program and Project needs)

· Communicate with self-enrolled utility customers who are participating in the program(s) through multiple means of communication (i.e. mail, email, and phone)

· Work on a team to provide over-the-phone energy efficient upgrade plans to opt in participants, educating them about what the program can do for them if they so choose

· Self manage/prioritize time and individual responsibilities while meeting minimum productivity requirements per day.

· Enter, track, and maintain participant program status using program tracking software (training provided)

· Manage, assess, record, and resolve participant inquiries or concerns and provide feedback to management to help improve program delivery

· Follow-up with participants regarding their experience and satisfaction with the program

· Log all required information to the company’s cloud-based tracking software in a timely and accurate manner

· Establish and maintain positive working relationships with other EEtility team members

Required Qualifications, Experience, Education, and Licenses

· High School diploma or GED

· Teaching and/or sales experience (excellent verbal and written communication skills a must)

· Experience and confidence utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

· Ability to learn and utilize cloud-based applications

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

· Strong customer service skills

· Strong data entry skills

· Able to work and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

· Must already know or be able to learn basic building science regarding residential energy efficiency (on the job training provided)

· Familiarity with basic construction or home renovation terminology a plus!

Physical Demands and Position Administrative Requirements

· Required to sit and conduct at-desk work; 50% or more of time spent per day will be on the phone/virtual with the majority of the remaining time documenting and updating/tracking program participant status through program tracking software as they move through the program.

· This position may be subject to an initial and continued random drug screening test
